Just ignore those people, usually most forums have a blacklist feature that allows you to hide all posts from a particular person.

Shower thoughts: trolls are performing a Denial of Service on forums at the human level. They flood the channel with useless chatter so that no work/discussion gets going.
If blacklisting worked, I would be able to hide certain users/ posts. I could not hide any post or troll account.
