Every new day i came to visit phoronix, a green popup welcomes me with:
"We value your privacy" and so on.
Then i "click show purposes", next i click reject all, next i click save and exit.
Then i can finally browse phoronix, till the next day.
Is that normal?

It should only appear once per month if you are in the EU but if you are changing your Ips and blocking cookies and such, sounds like it could be daily.

I use several privacy extensions, maybe something interfree?
By the way are my choices retained or are they cleared monthly?

Your privacy extensions are probably interfering otherwise the cookie/session should be retained for a month.
