It's Time For The Premium 2018 Winter Sale To Show Your Linux Benchmarking Support
"To take advantage of this deal, first ensure you are registered on the Phoronix Forums as the forums are what handles the subscription/user management aspect. There isn't any integrated sales support in there so the normal prices of premium subscriptions are listed there still. To get the discounted deals of $25 for a year subscription or $100 for a lifetime subscription, PayPal the amount of money to [email protected] (or you can use this PayPal link)."

For the premium sales, it's all manual anyways... Not really familiar with Stripe but will look into it right now, thanks. For premium deals or when individual members contact me to use other payment methods, I try to support other mediums.
Michael maybe also look at Transferwise allows folks to pay in their own currencies and less foreign currency conversion fees so folks paying end up paying less and folks receiving end up receiving more in comparison to Paypal and it's fees. Transferwise still is manual process but as you already doing it manually anyway, doesn't seem like too much of difference.
