how to delete forum account?

how can I delete my account?

50% of the posts I write seem to go into moderation because I commit the crime of editing a post 1, 2, maybe even 3 times right after I post it. I know, the horror! Even without a link in the post and even though I've been on the site for a while, editing a post a few times is so obviously spam! Oh my, what a horrible user I am for posting all this spam.

The hassle of using this forum is more than the value it delivers, so how do I delete my account? I've literally never experienced a "forum" that so heavily auto-moderates (unless Twitter counts as a forum because I did try to go on there once and I got immediately locked down for providing a fake phone number).

There is no way to delete a forum account. This is site is worse than facebook where it takes two weeks before they close your account.

Yes there is, any forum user who contacts me to request their forum account deleted can do so. (Hadn't seen this thread until now.)
