  • Phoronix Premium for free?

    Hey @Michael,

I'm not complaining, but it appears I have phoronix premium on the front site with no advertisements, even though I have no subscription.
There is a phoronix premium banner at the top and no ads are visible on the site and articles.

Hmm, are you running any ad-blockers/other-different plugins? Or on an Internet connection of a large IT company where another employee may have premium?

Or if you view "featured" articles do you see multiple pages, is the most easy test to tell if you are seeing premium or just ant ad-related plugins doing something.

This was on a home internet connection where I am the sole linux user.
Enabling or disabling my ad blocker made no difference. I normally disable it on your page.
The banner at the top of the page said 'phonix premium' yesterday, so I am sure I was on premium for one day

Anyway, I am back on normal phoronix now.

This has also happened for me a few times, including today. I have the black premium banner, and the Dell XPS article was all in one page. Apparently it's not intentional then, I was going to suggest making a splash every time you set it for everyone. Home internet, I do block ads, but it's Fifth's url blocking, no magic plugins.

This issue is hopefully resolved, thanks for reporting.
