  • Expected privacy behavior?

    Hi All,

After logging in to Open Benchmarking and going to the settings page at http://openbenchmarking.org/settings, I change the following setting to "Only Me" and save the settings with the "Update Settings" button.

"When uploading results to OpenBenchmarking.org show to: "Only Me"".

I also uncheck the following options and save the update:

"System information for associated test clients is publicly accessible" [Unchecked]
"Your user page that lists your systems, recent result uploads, tests, and suites is public" [Unchecked]

I then upload a few tests results.

However, when I open another browser where I am not logged in and go to the page:

    http://openbenchmarking.org/results/latest

I can see my uploaded data and click it and review it.

    Is this expected behavior?

Also -- is it possible to remove test data that has been uploaded to openbenchmarking.org? I looked and don't see a way. I did a search and see one thread which seems to indicate it's not, but the answer doesn't seem certain and is quite dated. (Ref: https://www.phoronix.com/forums/foru...nchmarking-org)

    Thanks,

    John

I'll have to check on the code to verify.

    Thanks,

There isn't a UI for it right now but if emailing me (michael at phoronix) then I do honor requests for manually deleting entries by users.
