can't get dota2 pts to run

The debug-run also fails to start the timedemo.

After manually copying the dota2-pts-1971360796.dem file to
~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/dota 2 beta/game/dota/
phoronix-test-suite debug-run pts/dota2
did run.

The same for the portal pts profile: you will have to manually copy the .dem file to ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Portal/portal/

I have the same with Dota 2, CS GO, and Bioshock Infinity games. And perhaps with all games that are not installed in / home
