Having trouble signing up with OpenBenchmarking.org

I tried to register again, and obviously I cannot, because the email address is the same. I assume that's the problem, because it only says "An unknown error occurred." Is somebody actually looking at this, or are we locked out of openbenchmarking.org forever?

I am aware of the issue and have an idea of what's happening but haven't had time to work on it yet.
