This is something thag bugs me for very long time.

The system summary tables, do have extremally wide columns, despite smaller columns able to work. Even for the columns that might require slightly wider columns ("Graphics" row), the text in them can often be broken into multiple lines easily.
Similarly the footnotes about Compiler options and Security Details, should be broken into few lines, instead using single line. It is possible that once the columns width is fixed, the lines will wrap automatically. If not, separate iframes responsible for this. One for possibly wide table, and other for the details. This way they are always presented correctly and with optimal (narrowish) width.
