I am still not able to find any issues server-side or in the data center, so at this point I would think it would be something quirky going on with your ISP or the like so to possibly check that.

For your deployment of PTS are you using phoronix-test-suite.com for fetching the packages? It may be wise to just use github for either cloning and grabbing a particular snapshot. If you are using phoronix-test-suite.com for the files cached there for tests, I'd recommend setting up a Phoromatic server on your intranet for more efficient usage as well.

Unfortunately, I am still having the problem.

Hmmm, are you able to try a different connection to see if it's an ISP issue perhaps? Just double checked server side no issues and also the folks in the data center checked over my configurations and verified everything should be okay. So not too sure what else would be going on besides something awkward with your ISP.
