  • Dedicated Graphics Card not Detected

    Hello everyone,

When running Phoronix Test Suite, the suite will only detect my Intel integrated graphics, but not my AMD Radeon 530.

This is only the case for the Phoronix test suite. Any other application can be launched with integrated or dedicated graphics. When launching the program with dedicated graphics, the OpenGL renderer comes up as "AMD ICELAND (DRM 3.33.0, 5.3.0-26-generic, LLVM 9.0.0)", and with integrated graphics, it comes up as "Mesa DRI Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 (Kabylake GT2).

    I have tried:
    - Using the "Launch Using Dedicated Graphics Card" option in the menu when running the test suite
    - Using DRI_PRIME=1 when running the test suite from the terminal
    - Updating integrated and dedicated graphics drivers (using xorg-video packages)

This means I am unable to benchmark my dedicated graphics, which I would like to do.

    My system specifications are:
    CPU: Intel Core i7-8550U
    GPU: Intel UHD 620 2GB + AMD Radeon 530
    Memory: 8192MB
OS: Zorin 15 (based on Ubuntu 18.04)

I am using amdgpu version 10.0.1-1

If you need anything else, please tell me!

    Thanks,
    JD9999
