Trouble with phoronix on Windows 10 setup

rying to set up a windows server to monitor 3 ubuntu clients.
On Windows 10: runing

C:\phoronix-test-suite>phoronix-test-suite start-phoronix-server

initial install did not set up PHP properly.

*renamed php.ini_production to php.ini
*uncomment ;extension=php_sockets.dll
seems to have

fixed

the first

part, now the error says

[NOTICE] dl(): Dynamically loaded extensions aren't enabled in microsoft_dependency_handler:31

How do I fix this? Am I on the right track here? Is what I have done so far correct?

That message is a notice (not an error) and can be ignored.
