PTS docker image: where are tests installed?

In what directory are tests installed and results stored when using the PTS docker image?

I found no user-config.xml file to specify the locations. I did find /etc/phoronix-test-suite.xml which mentions ~/.phoronix-test-suite/installed-tests/ as the default directory, but that directory does not exist even after installing some tests.

I would like to volume mount the appropriate directory so that tests and results can be kept separate from docker containers. Is that recommended?

Do you suggest volume mounting this directory? Or just a subdirectory? Is there anything in there that would not or should not transfer to different containers or newer versions of the PTS docker image?
