Torture Testing SSD/Flash Drives

Hi All;
Recently discovered PTS and Phoromatic and have been super impressed so far.
I was looking for anyone's input on the following:

I'm looking to use PTS to torture test SSDs and flash memory until they stop working and give read errors.

Any advice on the exact options and tests I should be running? And how to loop the test effectively indefinitely?

I've been looking at aio-stress and io-zone.

Thoughts?
