Currently hpcc does not install automatically on Fedora (28). Make fails due to undefined compilers/commands, and it also prints a helpful notice about optional flags to be used:

[NOTICE] Supported install-time optional variables include
$MPI_PATH, $MPI_INCLUDE, $MPI_CC, $MPI_LIBS, $LA_PATH, $LA_INCLUDE,
$LA_LIBS, $CFLAGS, $LD_FLAGS, and $MPI_LD

[NOTICE] Supported run-time optional environment variables include
$N, $NB, $MPI_NUM_THREADS, $HOSTFILE
Through trial and error, and by referring to the install.sh script from https://openbenchmarking.org/innhold...fff99d5828d0ba I managed to get it installed with:

Code:
env MPI_CC=/usr/lib64/openmpi/bin/mpicc MPI_INCLUDE=/usr/include/openmpi-x86_64/ MPI_LIBS=/usr/lib64/openmpi/lib/libmpi.so MPI_PATH=/usr/lib64/openmpi LA_PATH=/usr/lib64 LA_INCLUDE=/usr/include/openblas LA_LIBS=/usr/lib64/libopenblas.so.0 phoronix-test-suite install-test hpcc
Would it be possible to include definitions for Fedora in a future installation script?
