Hopefully AMD will show you a bit more love going forward with their hardware being as you're the only Linux benchmarking site I know of.

I'd be surprised if 4.11 wasn't supported, since it's also in the ROCm repo.

The 4.11 kernel only hit the ROCm repo quite recently - as part of the 1.6.1 update IIRC.

17.30 is still 4.9 based since it's essentially a continuation of the Vega launch driver but the 17.40 release will be based on a newer kernel.

For Linux game benchmarking, there are others such as Back2Gaming (based in Asia).

We take a look at Feral Interactive's latest strategy game which also happens to be the 1st Linux game that has Vulkan support upon release.

Nice, but until they start selling video cards again, drivers alone do nothing. Maybe they should add support for nvidia GPUs too, for the sake of all the masses who were forced to switch.

We sell a whole lot of video cards... just trying to come up with some new approaches to make sure that one subset of our customer base doesn't suck them all up and stop the rest from being able to buy them.
