Wasn't Broxton cancelled last year? Intel apparently could not compete effectively on low-powered SoCs for use in highly mobile appliances and pulled the plug on it.

For the consumer phone and tablet market it was cancelled, however they are using it in the Intel Joule (Atom T5500 & T5700), which is geared more towards computer vision related tasks.
