It is good for end-user software and software applications to be copyleft, but unappealing when software libraries are copyleft.

It is optional. LGPLv3, GPLv2 or commercial

The developers don't seem to have a problem with that, so who do you think cares about your opinion?
        Closed: working as designed.

I thought he's offended it's also offered in non-copyleft licenses.

When he does the latter he calls GTK a "copyleft toolkit" and Gnome a "copyleft desktop". So now he's somehow saying Qt isn't copyleft, which is factually incorrect.
Isn't that called "alternative facts" now?

It is available under the same license as GTK.

There are a lot of examples of Griffin waiting all day long for spewing a first post. That way of life can be done only by someone who is paid to do so (or who is unemployed and useless):

As a fellow Fedora user, I can only hope his troll-fested-posts about anything Fedora / GNOME / KDE doesn't gain much audience outside this forum, as it make us all look bad.

BTW, can I somehow auto-hide his posts?
