I put those packages into a new Debian repo, but the glx-alternative-amdgpu-pro package needs a hotfix for standard Debian systems. If somebody used it directly on Debian remove the lines with fglrx (if no fglrx was installed) and systemctl in /var/lib/dpkg/info/glx-alternative-amdgpu-pro.prerm . The rest of the packages look similar to Ubuntu ones, first time that update-alternatives uses ld.so.conf switching with Debian. Not sure if it really works, no card to test. In case of problems remove fglrx and libgl1-mesa-glx (both) packages.

Since this has been a major request from users for a long time, I can only cool with the idea of seeing the Debian project support a rolling release. However I’m not pleased with the proposed ideas , since they don’t actually include any serious plan to make this happen. Sorry guys, but a big GR…
