It feels like Debian Sarge was released yesterday.... That is 20 years ago, Debian had certainly come a long way since those days. Thumbs up and well done Debian!!

I find it hard to believe that any Debian release has any bugs or security issues that need to be fixed.

After all it's open source, based on the Linux kernel, and as everyone knows bugs are found before it's even released and any security issues are just in the imagination of those not smart enough to accept the superiority of the open source model.

So clearly the Debian maintainers must be trolling us.

Why include old multiplayer game versions?
Who plays Wesnoth 1.16 or VCMI 1.1?

The old versions only confuses users when the rest of the world has moved on to newer versions.

Worth mentioning, the upcoming 13.0 has first-class support for RISC-V.

I'm using Debian Stable on old laptop. It just works and with lighter desktop that machine is still pretty usable.

Debian used to be open sauce. Nowadays you don't even get a free software installation option. It's chock full of mandatory proprietary nonsense.
