    Still instantly crashes Xserver in Metro Exodus Enhanced after shader compile, whereas last 522 driver does not. What a crapfest...

      I've not seen any reports about the X server crashing but people have reported Xid errors in older drivers. Companies do not fix bugs if they don't know about them.

          It's the same issue. And no, I won't report hopeless cases. This isn't Mesa where I'd get a human response and asked to try a fix after bisecting it...

            Will be nice to have the Nvidia Settings overclocking issue by unprivileged users properly fixed without resorting to the X11 workaround.

                try small report in https://github.com/NVIDIA/open-gpu-k...modules/issues atleast issues get closed and replied there . will get noticed its a major game .

                And why Isnt nvidia actively working with steam/proton devs to get games fixed ?
