That's an error in the article, Book3S refers to server platforms in general. The name comes from back when the PowerPC ISA split server and embedded stuff into separate sections. All the Power servers IBM makes are 64-bit Book3S, check out the kernel docs for more info: https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/late..._families.html (updating that doc to mention P9 and P10 is getting merged in Linux 6.2 as well).
