    A congratulatory celebration is in order to all involved with this project.

    On another news, the rust sure is spreading (in other projects). Interesting year it has been.

      I'm very happy about this trend. The more projects adopt Rust, the more likely it will become a part of vendor-specific toolchains.
      At work we now started to seriously consider using better programming languages than C++, but we are being held back by a lack of support in third party toolchains that we cannot possibly switch away from. If however those third parties already need to support Rust in order to compile their own direct dependencies, chances are that they'll also add Rust support to their published toolchains...

              Certainly neat, just a decade too late. OpenCL is a dead API by now, as Nvidia blocked OpenCL 2.0 (aka the actually useful OpenCL) because it would eat into CUDA.
