            This is a minor maintenance release for an upcoming Proton release. New Vulkan extensions are not yet required. Bug fixes and Improvements Added support for shared fences (PR #2608). This is neede...

              Can anyone explain what the DVXK Native inclusion means? How might that affect existing and future games?

                If I understand it correctly, it provides Direct3D header files you can compile your game against. So if your game only has D3D as a Windows only dependency and the rest is plattform independent, you can recompile your game to Linux with DXVK-Native.

                So existing games won't be affected. It makes porting games to Linux easier.

                  Examples of games using DXVK Native for Linux ports are Portal 2, L4D2 and CS:GO (with `-vulkan` launch options).
