I understand Ukraine is the location for one of the oldest civilizations on earth, maybe even at that time it was the most advanced civilization on earth. But as of right now at this point in time wouldn't you consider Ukraine itself to be a developing country?

Everyone will need the functionality it provides so hopefully using Pipewire to implement the functionality is the route they decide to take.

It is true that those particular projects are are known to be incredibly buggy and also anticompetitive bordering on antitrust. But that's anecdotal at best. There are really incredibly selfish people in this world, there always will be and so you can always expect anticompetitive buggy crap at all times. It would be stupid to not expect it.

We all exist in the same plane of timespace because you know we are confined to earth, so obviously modern. You don't exist in an alternate reality obviously.

So does this has networking like PulseAudio and can I use it to send Audio/Video over the network to multiple devices where it will be played in a synchronized fashion? Or did I understand the "it's like PulseAudio" wrong?
