Who has more Linux graphics driver developers? AMD or Red Hat?

It's not like the world is full of developers with 5 years of experience on something as specific as driver development on Mesa. Sounds like an insane requirement, unless they're trying to hire someone that is already working at AMD, Intel or with Noveau.

Might just be shooting high for its own sake, they will probably hire the best they get, even if he does not have 5 years of experience.

For example, I've seen companies looking for people with 5 years of Swift experience. Swift is 3 years old.

As Christian Schaller said in the blog post:

remember that it is very rare anyone can tick all the boxes in the requirement list, so don’t hesitate to apply just because you don’t fit the description and requirements perfectly.

If you count the kernel developers coming from fglrx, surely AMD.

                Also Valve.
