    A crash? That doesn't sound like a big deal. It doesn't compromise privacy at least.

      Many times a crash can be turned into an exploit by a clever enough attacker.

        If OpenSSL 1.0.2 is unaffected then logically it should mean it's recent bug and should not affect LibreSSL (which was forked from OpenSSL back in 2014)
