Why do you think 3% for Linux and 14% for MacOS seems high? I think it's probably more accurate than using something like the Steam survey which is probably skewed towards Windows (where most of the PC games are still being released). A lot of people using Linux and Mac have no interest in gaming, and I know lots of people who keep Windows around simply for gaming but otherwise use Mac or Linux for everything else.

On a side note, I wonder if they are counting Chromebooks as Linux, or is that the 3% other?
