So the FSF tests some code hosters and their own thingy is the only one that gets the "A"? So i guess we ask Apple what the best Smartphone is, right?

As for the rest... honestly, I don't give two shits about whether the javascript libraries someone uses are free or not, especially if I hardly ever need the website in order to use the service. I don't see any reason to even care about LibreJS. Stuff like blocking countries or not infesting binary installers with malware might be just a tiny little bit more relevant...

What really turned me off towards GitHub was the fact their editor which is open source has metrics enabled by default. Read more here - http://ryeingoddard.com/2015/11/atom...ed-by-default/
I talked with them and they didn't really seem to care.
GitLab is a good option. People depend way to much on GitHub.

(For those who doesn't consider FSF to be doing a good thing.)
Most of us are unaware of how much insecure we are. A recent discussion in an FSF mailing list was that, we should not be using cdn from google or others to provide fonts, etc. because this way the provider (google) will know that the user has visited the site. Some might feel this insane.
Why should one consider about non-free javascript? right? its a known fact that javascript can be used to track you: https://nakedsecurity.sophos.com/201...ow-to-stop-it/ javascript can be used to track the user's actions. If you are not concerned about your privacy/security, will you ever check what code is run by the websites you visit?
What if the website is a bank's website? You may be using touchscreen, or you may be using virtual keyboard provided by the bank. How do you know that a third party isn't watching you?
This happens everywhere: http://www.indiatimes.com/news/india...el-233438.html
Its sure that we can't ever be 100% secure, but we should know the possible vulnerabilities. That's what FSF is trying to do, though most don't think.

Again the toenail eating communists are hurting the user by spreading propaganda against evil corporations. Why can't the FSF/GNU help the user by supporting more liberal licenses like MIT or heck even closed source proprietary? Many users want freedom of choice and oftentimes closed source is the best in terms of quality because it costs so much. FSF should embrace closed source and wish more users used high quality locked systems.
