I'm wondering because just recently I found this comparison between a generic & a low-latency Linux kernel done by Ubuntu:
They found out that the generic one is better for gaming; only under full load the low-latency one makes a difference.
So, shouldn't the real-time kernel of SteamOS make games actually perform worse?
