Seriously, what is the point of the licenses if, when someone violates them, no one pushes toward legal action? They have been unabashed in their dirt, and it isn't like it's a secret. They need to be held legally accountable for their thievery.

You guys don't seem to get it... no one seems to care about copyrights/intellectual property in China, but they have to comply with western laws if they want to sell their stuff elsewhere. Well, they risk a LOT if they violate NDAs and exporting laws...
You all blame Chinese corporations for having to comply with the laws of western countries (including your own). Isn't that funny?

Also, you don't WANT them to stop selling their stuff, you pressure them and threaten them, but forcing them to stop selling is actually WORSE for us as linux users, because at least they do some effort and talk to the community, most western companies don't give a flying fuck about Linux.
