    I'm sure Redhat's business users are just lining up to demand Gnome 3 on their desktop machines and servers.

      Sure, the business users will love to have to retrain their employees for that "modern" DE. I rather think they will go for something Gnome 2-like, maybe the "antiquated" XFCE or KDE.

        Well according to MS, every new fashionable server has an attached touchscreen to control it*. So clearly RH must also come with a touch UI.

        * Metro block UI on the fucking next Windows Server.

          Actually, we don't know anything about RHEL 7 but that it has Gnome 3.8 in the repositories. In which state it will be delivered is only guesswork.
