I mean the ICC report regarding war crimes is as objective as you can get because they use actual evidence of facts from the ground and statements from Russian officials. Thats not propaganda (it may be hard for some people to accept, but the definition of propaganda is not something that makes Russia look bad).

A lot of Russian's are running around saying that any news that doesn't originate from their own country is propaganda, when they don't even realize that certain things are hard to hide (i.e. mass burial graves which can be verified by satellite footage, or entire cities being blown up by looking at before and after satellite shots).

Its all propaganda to dehumanize the Russians.
There are a lot of mass graves and as they are found they are being documented by the Russians since 2022, for the crimes Ukrainian have committed over more than 8 years of genocide.
Russia will create a International court to judge them.

However Russians do buried the body's of the deaths of course, and there are plenty of dead Russians, but its Ukraine that needs to pay for it.
This case is completely politicized, and its a shame!
I learned yesterday, that it seems that the International Criminal Court considers, the removal of people from a war zone, a war crime.
I need yet to understand such a thing.

Legally speaking its a complex case, because Russia and Ukraine are not signatories of the Rome statute.Russia,Ukraine(Ukraine is signatory of some parts of ICC ),China,US are not even signatories of ICC neither, and they don't even recognize their jurisdiction.

In my opinion, I do think that Russia took the right decision, those children's need to live!
And need to be put in a healthy environment.

Now, I don't know if those children's feel ok(probably with all the trauma, don't!), what I know is that they were sent to the Artek summer camps, which are some of the best summer camps in the world, and its were the Russian Elites put there children's...they are international camps!

Probably this children's will not adapt in those camps, because they are too much traumatized, but I hope they receive proper phycology advice.
Majority of those Children's, were sent there with the permission of their fathers, but some are homeless, and their fathers were killed in the war.

I don't know, but for me Russia took the right decision, however I do recognize that this children's are children's of war, and they are not "normal" children's...special care is needed to take care of them, and probably majority will not adapt in Artek, and will ask to return for the war zone.

Now, this is not a crime of war, in my perspective..

No they don't, these are children in Ukraine and Russia has no right whatsoever over them. Thats like US saying that it has claims to Russian children within Russia, it doesn't matter if there are reasons for it, this is a hard line thats always wrong. Forcefully taking children away from another country is part of ethnic genocide and there is a reason why.

When you have Ukranian army rolling into St Peterbsurg/Moscow stealing Russian children, then you can start complaining to the ICC.
