God gives you $10

One day you open up your Paypal account to find that God has given you $10.00 . If you don't have a Paypal account or don't believe in god pretend for a second you do.

You read the message and it says the fallowing:

This money is to be donated to an open source project of your choice.

RULES

• The money must not be to your own project.
• You may not retrieve the money back.
• The project must use a Free Software Foundation license (GPL ect...).
• The project must be active.
• You cant give it to a friends project.

So who do you give the $10 to?

FSF because it regulates the scope. Nothings wrong with other free licenses i suppose it just adds some definition to the question.
