I think torrenting object code without source code violates GPLv2. But still a curious situation.

That is real prevarication on their part: they need to sign under punishment of prevarication that they have motivation to accept they're approved to welcome a protest in the interest of the copyright proprietors of the material they're DMCA'ing: , and under punishment of prevarication, that the grumbling party is approved to follow up for the proprietor of a restrictive right that is supposedly in-bordered.

Torrent is good program I oftenly use this to downlead different software and movies and by the way Linux is and open source operating system any one can modify it accordingly to it's requirement.
