Who is the (current) owner of Pine64?

Just preordered the pinephone and it dawned on me, I know nothing about the current ownership or the HK based company I transferred the funds to.
On their site I see the word community mentioned a lot, but nothing about the ownership structure.

Anyone got any info?

TL Lim is the current proprietor of Pine64 at first worked as Pine Microsystems Inc. (Fremont, California), established by TL Lim, the creator of the PopBox and Popcorn Hour arrangement of media players sold under the Syabas and Cloud Media brands.

But wasn't the company "Pine Microsystems Inc." dissolved in January 2020? And the ownership transferred to a HongKong based company that also operates the pine64.org website? This is according wikipedia.

Yes, it was started by TL Lim, but I was referring to the HK entity.
Would be nice to have an AMA from them.
