AMD has publicly said they will release Rome parts in Q3.

With all of our EPYC Linux benchmarking, one can reasonably assume we will have Rome benchmarks at launch.

I would be very interested in how Ryzen 9 compares to 1920x and 2920x Threadripper cpus.

"The Radeon RX 5700 series meanwhile is the first of their new "RDNA" gaming architecture and up to 1.25x higher performance-per-clock and 1.5x performance-per-Watt over GCN". I really hope thats on the same process, if that 1.5x perf-per-watt is 14nm vs 7nm then its a complete dud compared to Nvidia last architectures when it comes to efficiency.

They release their apu's quite a bit later than their cpu's.

15% IPC on their cpu performance is fantastic, should offer similar IPC to intel. Proper 256bit AVX2 too like intel.

Tough times ahead for intel ... if not already ... to be honest this salami tactics of small gains but high prices deserves it. But let us not count the chickens before they are hatched.
