If you go to the outreachy website you can see the list of companies that support this openly racist bullshit. Those companies can all but guarantee I will never give them money or support in any way. We live in a bizarro world now where you can be openly discriminatory to certain groups and it's not only socially acceptable it's considered brave and "progressive", and you can openly brag about it on your garbage social media.
And to the Redhat employees here (I know you exist, you pop up occasionally in threads) know that the last two places I worked I personally moved them both away from using RHEL. I don't know how much annual income I have cost you but it's definably a sizeable chunk. Do you think you can openly support this parasitic filth on our industry with impunity? (as if systemd wasn't a big enough reason in itself)

If ou see it as help for Outreachy, you should see it as help also in that college.
Outreachy isn't taking away anything from anyone. Only giving. Its outreaching to the demographics that generally don't contribute at this point to get them to contribute more. That is all

To date, there is no TrollBSD. So while you bitch and wine about "co-optng" you are the ones co-opting and trolls never coded shit. In fact youre the same group wishing FOSS ill for decades.
edit: or prove me wrong and fork RH/Debian or some other project you think is too SocJus. Go ahead, you are welcome to try. I encourage anyone who doesn't like outreach programs or minorities to jump ship as well. I will not interfere one bit. We will see where all the talent is.Last edited by GI_Jack; 25 April 2018, 10:37 PM.

Discrimination is positive is exactly in line with famous sentences freedom is slavery, war is peace, and ignorance is strength. Those are from 1984, and how the masses like you mumble them is from Animal Farm.
