If you were to compare the Adreno best GPU performance against a iGPU/dGPU, it would be as good as what GPU? A GTX 240? HD graphics 2500? robclark

Hi andrei_me, possibly http://kyokojap.myweb.hinet.net/gpu_gflops/ is useful, since it lists GFLOPS for a wide range of arm/SoC GPUs as well as various desktop iGPU/dGPU..

In reality GFLOPS is just one metric, and you should take that as just a first order approximation of overall performance. There are many other dimensions to a GPU's performance (memory bandwidth, fill rate, clever extensions that help certain games that use them, etc), and just because GPU A does better than B in one benchmark, doesn't mean it isn't the other way around in a different benchmark..

Is it the adreno 306 with about 21 Gflops? And are there other boards besides the dragonboard that's reasonably priced for us enthusiast/consumers?

Yeah, looks like a306 (in dragonboard 410c) has 21.6 GFLOPS.. there is a db600c and db820c in the pipeline, but not entirely sure when they'll be available to order.
