            im glad they chose spain cause im spanish, but why la coruña? it has one of the worst weathers of spain

              I'm from Coruña, this is good news. And in September it will probably still be warm to enjoy the beach.
              Igalia's offices are a bit small, but probably they'll host the event at the IT faculty of the local university.

                It's surprising there's a company like Igalia in such place. I would expect it to be from Madrid or Euskadi. That's good news, there's need to have more tech companies centered on FOSS. Here at the south I only find companies full of .NET code monkeys.

                I'll try to assist if I achieve to become a programmer next year.
