    There was a definate ebb and flow through the whole talk, like a jogger walking who regained some energy then stopped for a smoke. The hardware pieces almost seemed like a Family Guy styled segue, except more to distract and feed KPs obvious preference for VAX 8-D

    At the end of the day, the man himself said he had three days to prepare, it was all anecdotal, and he seemed to just enjoy himself anyway.

    It was just nice to watch someone from a by-gone age walk down memory lane.

    So thank you.

    tl;dr Stallman used to come down from 5th to 3rd floor at MIT and rail on Keith while he was paid to develop proprietary software.
