XMir is the Xsever we have now basically. If a user wanted to install the KDE environment on XMir, it would still be possible right? I don't see why not.

There's been a few posts of Kubuntu on XMir and other flavours too. That's nice to see but compositing is very fragile, even Ubuntu shipping the latest Mesa can increase the number of beasties the poor KWin developers have to handle with because of unexpected issues it creates. Putting another layer between KWin and your monitor is certain to create new issues so I'll be keeping anything to do with Mir off the Kubuntu images.

Kwin actually uses X to do rendering. XMir replaces original X libraries so Kwin will transparently see XMir as X without a layer in between

Basicallay we have this now:

X -> Kwin -> Desktop environment

that translated to XMir doesn't adds an extra layer just a different implementation

XMir -> Kwin -> Desktop environment

It seems that KDE developer is in complete negation

No it is not. XMir is a backend for X.org. It exactly the same implementation. The X.org server is then a client for Mir.

KWin -> X.org -> "Hardware"
