    Well sure, but it probably shouldn't render using all GPUs. One is more than enough.

    "support for running the compositor on multiple GPUs" sounds more like it's providing a Wayland-era equivalent to spanning a Xinerama desktop across monitors attached to more than one video card.

    Multi GPU support through Vulkan? Interesting, but sounds like a very major overkill just for a compositor. Games might benefit from multi-GPU in Vulkan though.
