Hm, I still don't see VK_EXT_transform_feedback in vulkaninfo using this release. So not ready yet. It's probably in the dev branch. I can try building that.

Proprietary amdvlk is still quite faster in Doom and FOSS amdvlk shows more issues in DXVK vs. radv. Still not very compelling...

Until VK_EXT_transform_feedback actually lands, it's expected to have a lot of issues with dxvk.
