I installed DXVK using winetricks. Any idea on how I can update it?

Tiger_Coder you can make winetricks redo certain installation recipes by opening the winetricks.log file inside your prefix and removing the entry, then rerunning winetricks. That's not going to be a 100% working method for all things winetricks, but it's a place to start.

Wonderful how actively they are developing this software! There are significant updates like almost every week. I'm curious to try it out anytime soon

As someone very skeptical about wine, reactos and other middle-man solutions, let me tell you: wine + dxvk impressed me - it does allow me to run Hard Reset on Ubuntu 18.04 as well as it does on DX11 on Windows 10, perhaps even better because I'm not getting hickups while playing, which is probably thanks to Vulkan's ability to not do shader/pipeline re/compilation during rendering.

Same story here. I also have a Windows 10 besides my Kde Neon. I was playing Hitman Absolution in Win10. But it was crashing a lot. Only way I could pay was if I disabled internet and kill explorer and most background tasks as any notification from background was crashing Absolution. With Wine development + DXVK I am playing the game in High settings smoothly in Kde Neon. Even Alt+Tabing the game to background don't cause crash which was doing in Win10. Huge plus for DXVK.

Sidenote, does anyway we can support DXVK's development? There page seems don't have any donation option.

The author said there is no need for it. So I assume it implies that the project is already sufficiently financed by someone.

Run winetricks again. It's always using latest dxvk now.

It's literally a solo project. Looks like some guy is getting payed to work on it full time. Not sure what the end goal is.
