    10% is a number for the first implementation, it will probably get better in the future.
    AFAIK this only disables NIR optimizations, which is a fairly small pass compared to all of the LLVM code the program goes through.

      this may help for genetic programing , programs are constantly being recombined and mutated , so most functions combinations dont stick around for long
