vulkan is so much better than opengl when it comes to driver developing, no tons of error checking, weekly updated documentation and a huge cts for ensuring drivers are correct

It's really unfortunate that this didn't make the 1.1 release, if only for device branding. Especially on Android where the Vulkan drivers are quite poor, it would be nice for Qualcomm to have to fix this before claiming they're 1.1 compatible.
