Isn't this just stubs and some groundwork so far though? This doesn't look like the real thing yet.

wine-vulkan is a bit tricky to set up at the moment, I wonder if they will come up with an easier solution than forcing the user to manually install the SDK.

Something must be different or missing, because on the same WINEPREFIX where I have wine-vulkan working, I can't get Vulkan to work with wine-git...
