Ubuntu 17.04 just upgraded to Mesa 17.0.1. Let's hope this end up up there before the release in april.

17.0.1 has a bug that makes L4D2 stutter a bit when you move the camera left or right. It's very annoying. That and the shader problem in Feral ports got fixed in Mesa Git, BTW.
