Huh? Most of the Radeon improvements are obviously for R600g except for where R600/R600g is mentioned or general work like build system improvements, etc.

No one is required to fully pass conformance tests (some failed tests are allowed), but only officially who passing it getting listed on khronos site upon validation again... so why bother asking this, just look at their site

Either you passed it or not (there is no something else there) so better use word "officially" rather than "fully"

Wonder if we can see this get pushed into Ubuntu 17.04?
            Hope so!

Why wondering, it will be in Ubuntu 17.04:

Ubuntu 17.04 will ship with Mesa 17, so that’s the version which will be backported to 16.04 next.
Unlike some online news might’ve let you believe, Mesa 13.0.x is not going to be in 16.04 LTS. And it has only been days since it received the “dated” 12.0.6 release as a SRU toge…

When you switch to amdgpu-experiemental dota2-vulkan already works with mesa 13 and R9 290/390

                    Probably not:

I don't have Dota2, but I have an R9 290 running with amdgpu and it got the same problems as the bug describes even running the simple vulkan demos.
